2010 Penn Relays Guide
It’s April, which means it’s time for The Penn Relays. If you are not a track fan, The Penn Relays, held in Philadelphia every April, might just change your mind. Local fans pack Franklin Field to watch the best Elite, Collegiate, and High School runners from across the country (and sometimes the world) compete in open and relay events. In 2010, 100m and 200m World Record Holder Usain Bolt is running Penn. This meet is a staple for track and field fanatics.
