Matt Centrowitz wins Oregon Mile

Matt Centrowitz won the mile at the University of Oregon Twilight meet on 5/8/2010. Oregon junior Matthew Centrowitz won the featured race Saturday at Hayward Field, kicking past leader Silas Kisorio as they came onto the home straight, then holding off Russell Brown and hard-closing Mac Fleet in the Twilight Mile.
Centrowitz finished in 3 minutes 59.33 seconds, just ahead of Brown of Oregon Track Club Elite/Eugene, second in 3:59.38, and Fleet, the UO freshman, third in 3:59.88.
